THE FOLLOWING ARE SAFETY RULES WHICH MUST BE FOLLOWED BY ANY VISITORS TO OUR SITE
Always ride in an approved safety helmet and wear suitable footwear at all times. All visitors must stay within public areas only. Please park in the allocated parking area. Any breakages of arena equipment must be reported. Report all unsafe acts, incidents, accidents, including near misses. The owner reserves the right to ask riders to leave if unsafe or dangerous practices are observed. Observe safety signs and rules. Take care when moving jumps and equipment. Please leave the arena as you found it. Please respect this policy. Every rider must clear all horse faeces from the arena,yards,holding paddocks, training pen and parking area. You will be provided with a wheelbarrow, muck out tools and a muck pile. Rates are based on an hourly basis with a degree of flexibility, please do not abuse this policy. All areas must be kept clear and free of hazards. No dogs allowed on property at any time. Horses must be tied up safely when not being ridden. Cars, trucks,floats to park with care allowing plenty of space to tie up, load and unload horses safely. Keep clear of moving vehicles, machinery and equipment at all times. Keep exits and driveways clear at all times. Gates to be secured fully open or closed at all times. Not left to swing and cause injury to people, horses or vehicles. Please refer to the ESNZ website regarding handling and boxing of stallions, those same rules apply at Mana Lodge Equestrian.
